قبل تطبيق المنتوج ، تشطيب كل غبار أو حبيبات من شأنها أن تضر بالإلصاق حتى تكون البنيات سليمة تبث البكيطات الزوايا على الأضلاع و ركب الحواجز المشبكة على تقاطعات العتادين المختلفين في حالة ارتفاع الحرارة أو وجود روافد (supports) قابلة للامتصاص ، رطب أولا المساحة
إعداد الخليط:
– جهز الماكينة و اضبط مقياس الماء – فرغ كيس المرطوب في قادوس الماكينة. – حضر الخليط بالماكينة حتى الحصول على عجين متماسك و بدون حبيبات – مردود : كيس 1 من 25 كلغ في المتر المربع (2 سنم سمك)
تطبيق المنتوج :
– ارم المنتوج مع خلق كوردونات التطبيق بسمك 15 م م – ملس المنتوج بمسطرة من الألومنيوم – بمجرد أن يكون الحائط يابسا ، يجب خدشه (Gratter) بفرشاة حديدية حتى تحصل على تسطيح و سهولة الالتصاق لطبقة التشطيب النهائي
الانتهاء:
– طبق طلاء رقيق و قم بفرطسة (talochage) مساحة المرطوب – تجنب استعمال الماء بكثرة خلال هذه المرحلة . (خد الوقت الكافي للتجفيف).
